Which print provider are you using?
We use Printful. They have fulfillment centers in California, North Carolina and Latvia.
What type of printing equipment is used?
Printful uses Kornit and Brother GT 381 printers for all their direct to garment (DTG) prints (e.g. printing on shirts). Kornit and Brother are both DTG industry leaders making printers that are well regarded for their performance/quality.
How long does it take for an order to be fulfilled?
Most orders are fulfilled (item(s) picked, printed and packaged) within 3 days and will ship once fulfilled.
How long are shipping times?
This will depend upon the shipping method selected. USPS First class mail will often take about 3 days (excluding weekends/holidays) from the time it leaves fulfillment to the time it arrives at the shipping destination. You can find more information about shipping from this Printful page.

I see some discoloration/residue on my shirt...
If you order a T-shirt and it arrives with discoloration/residue, this is likely from the pretreatment solution that is used during the print process. This is not a stain and will come out in the first wash. You can read more about this here.
