Damaged items

Note: If you order a T-shirt and it arrives with discoloration/residue, this is very likely from the pretreatment solution that is used during the print process. This is not a stain and will come out in the first wash. You can read more about this here - https://www.printful.com/faq/printing/37-disclaimer-about-direct-to-garment.

If your order arrives misprinted/damaged/defective, then please get in touch with us at hey@maxbadger.com within 10 days of receipt with photos of the misprint/damage/defect.

Wrong size

If you're unhappy with the size you've received, first check that the size stated on the garment matches the size stated on the sizing chart. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabelled. Let us know within 10 days of receipt at hey@maxbadger.com and we'll get you sorted out. We do not offer size exchanges on garments that are size labeled correctly, so please check the sizing charts before ordering.

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds on items that you "no longer want" or have remorse. This policy is mainly the result of your order being printed on demand and then shipped - there is not a warehouse to hold inventory. However, please reach out to us if your item is misprinted/damaged/defective.
